OUR BEGINNINGS WERE HUMBLE
Established in 1991, the Driving Range is the initial location for The Odyssey's Proshop and Range. The first structure was a trailer to pay for your round of golf and grab your cart or work on your swing at the range. In 1994, the clubhouse opened off of Ridgeland Avenue to house the current location of the Odyssey Golf Foundation's Proshop. A few years later, in 1997, an addition was added to the Driving Range which houses the Sweet Spot Sports Bar.
The Driving Range offers Golfers amenities to enhance their game. Grass and mat practice bays are the ideal place to perfect your game. It offers 24 practice bays, of which 8 are covered and heated for our chilly Chicagoland weather. There is also a Pro onsite for beginners or even the most skilled golfer alike. Our lighted Driving Range at the Sweet Spot has everything you need all in one place.
